Registration

Please do not transfer conference fee before receiving acceptation email. Only after your submissions is reviewed and accepted, the registration process begins.

Conference fee

Registration / conference fee covers:

  • participation in the conference;
  • set of conference materials (cotton bag with conference folder, printed programme, confirmation of attendance, notebook and pen, all specially designed for the purposes of this conference);
  • coffee breaks;
  • post-conference photo coverage individually sent to all participants;
  • costs of editing, proofreading, and reviewing ebook of abstracts and post-conference reviewed monograph.
Please note that the registration fee does not guarantee the inclusion in post-conference monograph. The book will be double-blind reviewed by renowned scholars and will not be a mere selection of post-conference papers. Please also note that registration fee will not be returned so please do consider this while planning your participation.

RECEIPT INFORMATION

Detailed information about receipts will be sent via email directly to the attendees. Important: Please note that if the payment is transferred from a private account we will not be able to issue a receipt for the institution (only for a private person). For an bill to be issued for the institution (which is often required for reimbursements), the payment must be transferred from an institutional bank account.

Attendance problems

In case of any problems with arriving in Poland or in Kraków specifically, please do not withdraw the submission but contact the Organisers as soon as possible to arrange a virtual presentations (there are, however, strict limitations to such manner of participation and so each case will be debated and assessed individually)
